In 2002, I majored in German philology with English as a minor at the University of Tartu. After graduating from university, I worked as a teacher in a general education school from 2002-2007.
In 2007, I started working at the Archimedes Foundation, where I worked for five years with the school education program Comenius, part of the Lifelong Learning Program. This work experience helped me to get to know the European educational landscape and gave me valuable insight into the field of international cooperation and project evaluation.
In 2013, I started working as a trainer for adult learners and have now given a huge number of language lessons as a teacher of German, English, and Estonian. In 2017, I worked in language schools in Germany.
Since August 2017, I have been associated with the Multilingua Language Center, and since 2019, I have been the manager of international projects at Multilingua. In the period 2019-2021, I helped develop Multilingua’s internationalization strategy and wrote three successful Erasmus+ projects.
As a project manager, I am open to continuous self-development, taking part in both Estonian and international training. I also participate in the Multilingua teacher development program. In addition, I am an EPALE ambassador. I have written various articles and participated in the recording of two podcasts.
